556? Nyet, must hold 7.62. This insert is designed for AK, FAL, SCAR, AR-10 sized mags. Each insert can hold from One to Three 7.62 mags. Three 7.62 sized mags will not fit in a micro rig. This option should be used for the O.I.L Rig, or see the placard section.
