SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped through USPS unless the customer contacts Cottonmouth Customs to request a change.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All the gear that Cottonmouth Customs produces is tested and inspected to make sure it is suitable for heavy use. With that being said, sometimes things slip by and the product may have an issue. If a product has a defect upon arrival, we will replace it. Our warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear. This means if your elastic stretches out over time from use we will not replace it, as that is not a defect.
